# All Prices are given basic prices.

# Single Order less than amount of Rs. 2,500/- will not be accepted & Dealers Discount shall be given as under :-
(a). Dealer Discount shall be given @ 40 % on the order amount from Rs. 2,501/- to Rs. 5,000/- on List Price.
(b). Dealer Discount shall be given @ 45 % on the order amount from Rs. 5,001/- to Rs. 10,000/-on List Price.
(c). Dealer Discount shall be given @ 50 % on the order amount from Rs. 10,001/- o Rs. 20,000/- on List Price.
# Each and every purchase order must be sent on prescribed order form or printed letter head.
# The advance 25 % should be sent with P.O. & balance 75% will be through any nationalised bank or at the time of delivery.
# All the additional expenses shall be charged extra as actual i.e. packing, VAT / CST Freight and postage etc.
# VAT will be charge extra @ 2 % with form C or @ 12.5 % without a form C. VAT no. must be given in purchase order for outstation Clients or local clients whose required Tax Invoice .
# Prices are subject to alteration without further notice.
# Indentors should send ‘C’ Form in advance when demanding goods per Speed Post of through Back.
# We reserve the right to diminish the quantity ordered or even cancel it if out of stock.
# Our responsibility ceases after dispatch of the goods from our godown.
# This cancels our previous issues.
